This service is for you to chat about your own mental health, ideas for your school, how to support someone else - anything on your mind.

You can send how you’re thinking/feeling without wanting a reply as a way of getting thoughts out of your head if you wish.

THINK HEALTH CURRICULUM

I’ve spoken to many teachers during the pandemic and hear that time is short and pressure is high. These videos are purposely short to enable you to stick them on when you get into bed or watch before you get dressed at the start of the day, if you haven’t got the time during the day to give them more energy. Each one should give you something to think about and focus on to break possible unhealthy habits and give clarity for your own health as well as being able to offer that clarity and wisdom to your students.

There are 2 playlists - 0-17years and 18+, the 0-17years videos are equally as short (although sometimes slightly longer as they include my children!) but they’re designed for you to be able to fill a 5min gap or to squeeze them into a 5min gap depending on your school life at the moment!

My hope is that all children are able to watch these videos whether at home or at school.

CELEBRATION DAYS!

Remember, especially on days like BIRTHDAYS, FATHER’S DAY, MOTHER’S DAY, ANNIVERSARIES… to do things YOUR way. No matter what that is. No matter what anyone else is doing. No matter what anyone else thinks you should do.

Only YOU know your life, so live it allowing yourself to feel all the emotions and then do what is right for you.
