I’ve decided to dedicate the month of July to helping anyone who’s just feeling like life is crushing them.
I had to leave my job almost 2 years ago because of not coping with life, and these resources are the things that have helped me claw my way back to living healthily (although it’s still very much an ongoing process!).
It’s not necessary to start this on 1st July - start anytime! But, I’ll post daily reels/stories on Instagram @parrlife through July so they can be watched anytime.
