OLDER KIDS: This button above takes you to a link where you can send me your thoughts if you want to. This can be about ANYTHING! If youโre worried about something, confused about something, super happy, feeling different - whatever is on your mind, you can tell me and write your email address for me to reply to if you want me to reply to you (I donโt have to if you donโt want me to).

Covid-19/coronavirus
OLDER KIDS: Above is a link to some thoughts on Coronavirus which you might agree or disagree with! Hopefully theyโll help you feel more reassured about our world at the moment.
* Heads up - my thoughts mainly come in rhymes so thereโs usually a poem to go alongside info/videos!

Think health curriculum
Think HEALTH Curriculum playlist - 0-17yrs
OLDER KIDS: Think HEALTH Curriculum is a collection of super short videos (approx. 2 mins) on YouTube (The link above).
It runs for a whole year ๐ต and talks through all different parts of mental health in our life.
There are 2 playlists on YouTube, one for 0-17 year olds and one for over 18 year olds, so your teachers and the adults you live with at home can follow this course too! Keep a diary/journal to write down your thoughts after watching the videos if you can - it can be a HUGE boost for your mental health just writing it all down (which just means your head will feel less confused and calmer instead). ๐๐ผ
